Esther Funds Foundation collects the information you provide to determine scholarship eligibility, administer applications and awards, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and meet legal and financial obligations.
What we collect
This may include contact, education, financial-need, demographic, essay, certification, and supporting-document information. Application documents are stored privately and are not included in ordinary email messages.
Who can see it
Access is limited by role to authorized EFF staff, assigned reviewers, and service providers needed to operate the portal. We do not sell applicant information.
Your choices
You may request correction of your profile or ask questions about your information by emailing nationals@estherfundsinc.org. Some records may need to be retained for grant, tax, audit, security, or legal requirements.
Security
We use authenticated accounts, private storage, permission controls, audit records, and encrypted connections. No online system can promise absolute security, so please use a unique password and do not share sign-in or claim links.
